Meet Kimeli

Hi!  I'm Kimeli Wade, Owner & Fairy Soap Mother of Gifts From Nature, located in Memphis, TN.

Gifts From Nature became a full time adventure in January 2016 when I lost my job of 14 years. It was a scary time, and it's certainly not easy, but I'm happy to be in this challenging new phase of growth in my life.

I began making soap in 2010 in an effort to cut my single parent household expenses, and it quickly became an addiction! Before I knew it, I had TONS of soap, and was running out of storage space for it. So, I started giving it away to family and friends who fell in love with it and asked for more!

While thinking of a name for my company, I remembered that I'd started putting together a natural body care products company in 1998 called Gifts From Nature. The fledgling company had one product: a facial cleanser made with oatmeal, almonds and milk. Well, life happened, children came, and the business got put on the shelf. Fast forward a few years, and Gifts From Nature is back and better than ever! Our pilot product is now called Mug Scrub and has been improved with the addition of the soothing properties of chamomile, and the antibacterial benefits of lavender.
