Can I use your soaps on my face?
Gifts From Nature soaps are formulated to be used from head to toe. We do sometimes carry soaps with ingredients added for specific purposes. These products are labeled according to their specific use.

Can I cancel my order?
Should you find it necessary to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours in order to receive a full refund.

What should I do if my order is damaged during shipping?
If your order is damaged during shipping, we will replace the item(s) at no charge to you. Just send an email to orders@gfnsoap.com along with pictures of the UNUSED damaged product(s) and original shipping packaging.

What are your soaps made with?
Our soaps are formulated to be moisturizing using four common oils: olive, coconut, palm and castor. Visit our Honest Ingredients page to learn more about what's in our handcrafted soaps.

Do you use any animal products in your soaps?
Our Nubisaan soap is made with fresh goat milk from Bonnie Blue Farm. All other soaps are plant based and contain no animal products.

Do you test on animals?
We never test our products on animals.

How long does a bar of your soap typically last?
The life of your soap depends on use.  Many of our customers say that a bar of our soap lasts them between 2-4 weeks. We allow our soaps to cure for 4-6 weeks (longer if possible). The curing process is simply the evaporation of water. Thus, the longer the soap cures, the harder the bar will be, and the longer it will last. Keeping your soap on a soap dish that allows air to circulate around it will also add to the lifespan of the bar.
